Dynamics Profile is a personality
profile
relating to your professional abilities and natural habits. It shows
what
type of wealth creation strategy comes naturally for you, and
consequently which one you enjoy and are likely to excel at. It is
based on the premise that everyone is different, with different natural
abilities. This means that there are different roles within business
that are best suited to different people for them to create wealth.
What works very well for someone else may work terribly for you, and
that is worth knowing before you start - without having to use trial
and error!
My Wealth Dynamics Profile is Creator (from the online
Wealth
Dynamics test). That explains why I love inventing products
and
starting
businesses, and also fits well with my full time job of robotics
innovation. It also fits with my long-term aspirations of using my
technical and creative ability to start technology companies, and then
finding people to help take them from startups to stable, successful
corporations.
I went to the Wealth Dynamics Experience in Auckland
in
July of this year, where I learnt a lot about myself and people in
general. What struck me is the importance of working in teams with lots
of different people that have complimentary skills, and how to
effectively communicate with different types of people.
I have also read the book "Your Life Your Legacy" by Roger Hamilton,
which I can highly recommend to anyone who is interested in finding out
more about how themselves, people in general, or simply how to generate
wealth.
